Services
Webotist provides web design, development, and digital marketing services as agreed in individual project proposals. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in the proposal accepted by the client.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at our discretion.
Payment & Refunds
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Standard terms require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of invoice issue.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, all intellectual property rights for the agreed deliverables transfer to the client.
Webotist retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webotist's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable for payment of all work completed to date. Webotist will provide all deliverables completed at time of termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
